Awhile.....

So it has been a long time since I last posted! Which I think that Kim is the only one to read my blog, but whatever. Anyways this last week has been one of the longest yet funniest weeks I have ever had. VBS was a lot of work, but it was all worth it. Last night the thing that I remember the most is something that Keadan asked one of the kids at the concert. Keadan asked him if he was having fun. He answered with "I am having a lot of fun, but my heart is empty!" Now this kiddo is in 2nd grade I think. He is the son of one of my friends and is also a cute kid. Keadan asked him why and he said bc his best friend was moving to cali and last night will be the last night he will see him for awhile. It was a little heart breaking to see a kid say something that powerful. Along with his friend moving, I also had a friend that left also this morning. Over the past year or so Keadan and I have made friends with a really great guy. He is an awesome friend to the both of us. He only left this morning and Keadan and I have been sad all day. It could be a year before we see him again!!!! SO DARREN COME HOME SOONER!!! anyways......

So now that VBS is over hopefully work will not be so crazy! I have to say I have never felt so over loaded! I do love my job thought, I would not change it for the world. It may not seem important to some but I really feel like sometimes I really get to help people!!

So this year during my birthday I was really really sick. I do not remember the last time I felt that miserable! I am just now starting to get over it. I think that it might have helped that I slept to about 6pm today. I have been up since about 2 in the morning the last week. So i really needed some sleep!!! I had a really awesome party that my friend threw me. We went out to dinner and then came back here and celebrated!! I got some cool gifts too! I got the Gavin cd i had been wanting and Crown from Erin and Bethany. Darren got me CaboWabbo. Keadan gave me shopping money!! Which I totall spent!!  So overall it was a good bday!!

One thing that i am a little down about is that I have not gotten a lot of time to spend with my Keadan. I have barely seen him in the last week. I think that we need a little time alone!! I asked him today who was he, he did not look familiar to me at all. That was a little of an exaggeration but still kinda true.
